Where do I even begin with what I recommend about Jon! From the moment my husband and I met Jon we knew we were in great hands! This was my husband and I first home purchase and it can be overwhelming with what home to choose let alone really understand the process of buying your first home. We of course were the aggressive searchers the first week I cant even tell you how many homes we viewed and not once did Jon make us feel like we were a burden to him. He was always there to answer any questions we had, he was there for the walk through and the closing! He would call to check up on us and see how we were doing with everything. He was NEVER pushy or felt did we ever feel like we were just sale to him. In fact my husband, son and I really felt like Jon became family! I say this with all sincerity if you are looking to purchase a home in the area and your looking for someone with experience, honesty, integrity and all around great person who genuinely wants to see your family or yourself get the home of your dreams. Then look no further, Jon is whom I have full confidence in and Faith that he is living out his purpose and is the best man for the job!

We could see that Jon was very skilled in explaining the details of the transaction in the way he answered our questions. He listened to any concerns and brought them up to the seller. Jon would get back to us with the sellers response in a timely manner. Although he had to travel at least 45 minutes to show us the property, he was very accommodating in scheduling and showing us the property a second time. I would recommend him to a friend.

Jon went above and beyond for us in ways I could never have imagined. As we looked for the perfect house, which took months, he was extremely patient with us, and even gave us insights into things we may have overlooked. When we finally found our house, he helped to guide us through anything that confused us, listened to our concerns and offered advice as to what we can do, and when some troubles came as we tried to close, he had our back and stood by us helping to secure our dream home. No matter if I’m selling my house or buying a new one, I will definitely work with him again.

Coming from out of town, my expectations for a real estate agent experience were not high. Having worked locally with agents, I was bracing for over-valued real estate and other "non-listening" issues I've had to deal with in the past. Not so here. Jon did his homework, came prepared to the face-to-face meeting with both barrels loaded. He meticulously combed through my "must have list" and provided a step-by-step tour of properties in the neighborhoods of interest that were within the range of my stipulated budget. He was punctual, pleasant, and very efficient. I could not ask for anything in more. Thanks a million Jon!

We were out of state buyers and did not know the Cape Coral area at all. Jonathon took the time and patience to go out of his way to explain the area and what was involved in purchasing a home for out of state buyers. Everything he told us was true and very helpful. We had not purchased real estate for over 27 years and many things have changed since then. Jon worked well with the listing agent and negotiated our purchase promptly, honestly and in a very timely manner. We ask for recommendations for financing, inspections, and all of the items that go with a purchase. Jon offered many and let us make our own choices, not being pushy and left it up for us to decide.
